Traveling by ferry is one of the most popular ways to reach Nantucket. Passenger and vehicle ferries depart regularly from the mainland and arrive directly into Nantucket Harbor, just steps from town. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

By Air

Flying to Nantucket offers the fastest way to reach the island, with year-round service and additional seasonal flights during peak months. Upon arrival at Nantucket Memorial Airport, taxis, shuttles, and rental services are available to transport visitors directly to their accommodations.

Getting Around
